Highlights
Interior Design
– industrial design was proposed with extensive use of repurposed timber installation works
Renovation
– the metal-structure loft was fabricated in-situ to increase the dining floor area.
M&E Services
– electrical wiring, telephone and data cable installation, air-cond and piping
Carpentry
– repurposed timber was used as the stairs and mezzanine flooring
– huge barn-door at the toilet was made from meranti wood panels with metal frame
– wooden-frame glass panels and doors are installed with teak oil varnish to preserve the timber textures
– thick Selangan timber is used for the bar countertop
