Highlights

Interior Design
– a classical modern French design inspired concept with a black and white color palette

Renovation
– black and white legacy floor tiles installation at the kitchen and service area
– raised cement platform at the kitchen area to allow plumbing work
– water-proofing work to the kitchen area with a proper water-retention test
– old-school collapsible grill installation to provide security t the outlet
– black membrane shades as decorative and signage placement

M&E Services
– electrical socket wiring from 13amp to 20amp, telephone and cat5 wiring for the pos system, lighting fixtures installation

Carpentry
– raised wooden platform with balustrades railings at the dining area
– wooden board menu showing the food and drink
– customized timber storage and display shelves
– facades with architraves and black painted varnish
– tall wooden bar table with yellow paint
– Meranti timber cashier counter and top
